The Medical Secretary is required to provide a full secretarial and administrative service to a Multi Disciplinary/Agency Team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.
Required for the role:
- RSA3/SQV3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
- Minimum requirement of two years secretarial experience in an equivalent position.
- Proficient IT Skills which include a full working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Post holder should possess or be working towards ECDL or equivalent.
