Aberdeen City CHP is seeking a range of full-time/part-time Hours Community Nurse Permanent contract to work in the city.

We regularly have opportunities for full-time and part-time Community Nurses to join the Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership and there can be a mix of permanent and temporary posts. Successful candidates will be placed in the most appropriate teams to give them the experience that they need to develop into the role, but they should be prepared to work anywhere in Aberdeen City HSCP according to service need.
The core hours of work for a Community Nurse are between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday – Friday with an evening shift to cover unscheduled care and includes with 1:5 Weekend Rota, part-time staff would work pro rata in regard to the weekend rota.
Successful applicants will have excellent communication and team working skills and be committed to delivering a high standard of nursing care to patients in their own homes under the direction and support of the District Nurse The Community Nurse will be responsible for holistic assessment, provision and evaluation of skilled nursing care in accordance with the NMC guidelines and other relevant documents such as NHS Grampian policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have a valid driving licence and be a car owner.
