Senior Clinical Fellows Paediatric Anaesthesia
Interview Date: Tuesday 20th July 2021
Posts are available from August 2021 onwards (flexible start dates) for periods of 6 to 12 months offering advanced sub-specialist training in Paediatric Anaesthesia.
The posts are based at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow: a leading Paediatric training centre in the UK with access to all specialities including cardiac, craniofacial, neurosurgery, complex airway, cleft and pain, in addition to a high neonatal workload. Research, audit and quality improvement are encouraged with SPA time available for projects.
These are exciting and challenging clinical posts for those wishing to have a major interest in paediatric anaesthesia in the future, be it in a tertiary centre or district general hospital. Fellowships can be tailored to accommodate special interests.
Applicants must hold Certificate of Completion of Specialist training in Anaesthesia or equivalent on starting the post. These posts are not suitable for applicants wishing to pursue the MTI route.
