An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Radiographer or Midwife to join our dedicated ultrasound team, providing Obstetric and Gynaecology services across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
The successful candidate must have:
​​​​​​​ HCPC or NMC registration.
A Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in Radiography, Midwifery
Significant clinical experience (minimum 4 yrs).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to work on their own initiative, but also able to be a flexible team player.
Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and good IT skills are an advantage. 
You will be required to successfully complete mandatory training to Postgraduate Certificate level in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Ultrasound. Upon successful completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Ultrasound you will be employed as a band 7 sonographer.  You will be expected to work full time for a minimum of two years post qualification to consolidate training. The shift pattern for this post is Mon – Sun 8:30 / 9am-4:30/5pm.
