To provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Senior Management Team for Hospital Paediatrics and Neonatology acting as a key link within the service and liaising with internal departments and a considerable number of external contacts as the service is a regional service. The postholder is required to liaise with executives, senior managers, external contacts and the general public.
Essential
HNC in secretarial studies or equivalent.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills including ability to deal sensitively with complainants.
The shift pattern is worked Monday to Friday.
