We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic Healthcare Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Acute Admissions Ward at Caithness General Hospital.  All acute medical and surgical admissions are received through the Rosebank Ward. 

This is an exciting opportunity at a time of continuing quality improvement and redesign.  You will be expected to assist in personal care duties for patients, supporting the team to ensure a high standard of person centred nursing care is delivered.  You will be caring and compassionate individuals and will quickly experience team work and supported learning on our busy ward.  You should be interested in developing yourself in the caring profession and extending your skills and knowledge.  Previous caring experience is desirable.

These are twilight posts working 1900-0000 hours covering a 7-day rota, including weekends.  The shifts rotas are as follows:

20 hour post:  x 4  5-hour shifts per week

15 hour post:  x 3  5-hour shifts per week
