This post will be based at Kirklands HQ


Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.


The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system within the Occupational Therapy Department.


RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

Proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
