The Transformation Team currently have a vacancy for a Programme Manager to manage a programme of transformation projects. The dynamic team support a wide variety of projects and programmes of work taking a pathway approach, therefore working in close partnership with colleagues across the health and social care system. Applicants should have an interest in planned care and sustainable service delivery along with experience in programme management.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Transformation and will play a key role in ensuring successfully delivery of the local priorities from the Elective Care Programme. The post holder will have experience of leading on the delivery of complex programmes or projects and a demonstrable track record of delivering these successfully.
It is anticipated interest levels will be high for this post therefore it may close early to applications.
