Have you always wondered what it would be like to work in pharmacy? Do you want to have opportunities to learn while you work? If you do, then we would like to hear from you!  The pharmacy department is looking for a hard working individual to join our team.

The NHS Fife Pharmacy & Medicines Service serves a population of approximately 380,000 people and is provided by an integrated team of around 200 Pharmacy staff, including Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Support Workers, Nurses, and Administrators. The team works across Acute and Community hospital sites, General Practices, Mental Health services, and a range of specialist teams. Partnership working is at the core of our values, and we work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, including our Community Pharmacy colleagues, to deliver the highest quality care for everyone in Fife.

Working in the Dispensary, you will assist with the labelling and dispensing of medicines, stock management and reception duties.

You will be based at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy but will be required to work at both Queen Margaret and Victoria Hospital Pharmacy Departments to meet the needs of the service with participation in an evening, weekend and Public Holiday Rota.

Pharmacy experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
