Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking dynamic and flexible individuals with a passion for supporting individuals in their own homes or a homely setting.
You will be employed as a healthcare support worker and given a robust period of induction so that you are able to flex to work in the following settings as the needs arises:
Community Nursing Teams
Hospital at Home Team
Care Homes
Rosewell House Integrated Intermediate Care Facility
The ideal candidates will have experience of working in health and social care, will be a great team player and communicator with the ability to support people according to their changing health and wellbeing needs. You will be supervised and supported by senior staff, but you need the confidence to work alone and recognise your limitations, seeking guidance when required.
