An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Ayrshire and Arran and North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership for a Senior Manager for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) and Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS). This post offers a uniqure role in developing and leading strategic service redesign, building on collaboration and strategic implementation across health, social care and education. 

Ayrshire and Arran have developed and led national initiatives in redesign, partnership working and innovation in practice linking to national support partners in Health Care Improvement Scotland (HIS) and MHAIST.

Ayrshire and  Arran will be in addition host the new National Inpatient Secure Adolescent Unit building a strong focus on meeting the mental health needs of children and adolscents from a local and national perspective.

This post requires an individual with excellent communication skills, an ability to work under effective and efficiently to meet tight timeframes and work within a complex mulitagency environment ensuring collaboration, alignment and interpretation of broad strategic intent with the aim of drawing together complex agendas and the planning and delivery of integrated action plans. The uniqueness of the role will provide opportunity to transform, co-produce and collaborate in a whole system model of delivery working closely with colleagues in the East, South and North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnerships.

Hours: 37.5 per week
