An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen with Ward 3A & Chemotherapy Day Unit at University Hospital Crosshouse for a Clinical Support Worker. Caring for specialist Oncology/Haematology patients within the inpatient unit, supporting the team in delivering outpatient Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies within the day unit and overseeing the outpatient clinic area Ward 3C is safe. This post offers a varied and stimulating prospect.
Evidence of and commitment to continuous professional development must be demonstrated and SVQ 2 & 3 training will be provided. You must commit to SVQ level 2 & 3 completion. You will possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills as well as being able to work effectively to assist the team in the delivery of high quality safe care. You will be flexible to shift patterns and have a genuine interest in the specialty.
Hours: 37.50 per week
