This is a part-time post for 26.25hrs offered on a fixed contract until 31.03.2023.

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative dietitian to further develop clinically and professionally within the Dietetic Gastro Medical team at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary within NHSGGC Adult Acute Dietetic Service (AADS).

The successful candidate will contribute to the provision and development of an effective and evidence based clinical service within Gastroenterology, Medicine. You will be supported by a Band 7 and work alongside Gastroenterology, Medical, Dietitians and have involvement in the supervision of Band 5 and Dietetic students. The job role involves shared inpatient and outpatient caseload. There will be the opportunity to work within a shared caseload and involved in dietetic practice placements.

Applicant’s minimum requirements are education to BSc Dietetics; preferable with at least 3-5 years post graduate level experience.

Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership scheme are essential for this position.
