Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is looking for an experienced Change and Development Manager who can be part of the cultural change we are supporting across our older peoples and adults services

The post is responsible for developing, implementing and leading service change work; for the planning and delivery of system transformational change programmes and projects for adult and older people services within Glasgow City HSCP and, as required, across the whole integrated health and social care system within Greater Glasgow and where Glasgow City HSCP is the lead partner. It principally supports the Maximising Independence Transformational Change Programme, and it involves working and engaging in partnership with a range of internal and stakeholders to effect transformational change in the design and delivery of services for them to be more effective and efficient. The post will support the culture change required to support the principles of Maximising Independence.

The post is part of the Organisational Change and Development Team. Working with the HSCP's Core Leadership Groups and the wider SMT, the team leads on and provides organisational change and development support across the HSCP's health and social care system, especially where there is system change, service redesign or business process improvements.

You will have substantial experience working within Health and Social Care or similar complex organisation including considerable experience in a management or equivalent position with an extensive knowledge of policy and strategy.

 It is essential you have a Graduate or professional qualification or evidence of equivalent higher level study. You should also have delivered organisational change with and organisational development approach and will be familiar with behavioural and cultural change theory as well as being able to translate theory to practice for a range of staff and professional groupings.
