Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity until 31st March 2021
We are seeking to appoint two Operations Managers within the Covid-19 Test and Trace workstreams.
Reporting to the Acting Associate Director you will have operational management responsibility for either the Testing Capacity workstream or the Contact Tracing workstream. Both of these are high profile, demanding and fast paced areas of work making a significant contribution to the response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
You will quickly build knowledge and credibility with a range of stakeholders including UK Government, Scottish Government and NHS Health Boards, making decisions to enable the widest possible access to testing across the country or ensuring the successful delivery of the National Contact Tracing service within NSS. The roles offer an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the citizens of Scotland using your decision making, communication and planning skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent and preferably with a post graduate qualification in information or business , you will have significant experience in a senior operational role within a public sector or large complex organisation, and as such can demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills and highly developed planning, organisational and decision making skills.
