An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cashier/Facilities Admin Assistant to become part of the Facilities Department in Fife.
Applications are invited from positive, hardworking, organised individuals who can manage and prioritise their time. Effective written and oral communication is fundamental as this role involves dealing with patients, visitors, NHS staff and external agencies. Attention to detail, numeracy skills, Admin and IT skills are essential.
You will be expected to be flexible and provide cover as required across Fife within the following hospitals - Stratheden Hospital, Victoria Hospital, Lynebank Hospital and Queen Margaret Hospital. Therefore a full, clean driving licence is required.
You will provide cashier, reception and admin support to the Facilities team.
This important role provides a service to a number of Wards and Departments dealing with Patients Funds, Petty Cash, Exchequer and Endowment functions. Admin and project support will also be a key element of this role.
Please note the salary scale for this post is pro rata for part time hours.
