In partnership with AMH, ARI Theatres are investing and expanding in Gynaecology, Breast and Obstetric perioperative services. Together we are preparing the Periop workforce for The Baird Family Hospital.

Our 2021 NMAHP Strategy is to attract the best talent in Perioperative services as we embark on our Magnet journey and Pathway to Excellence.

We are currently seeking the UK’s best in Perioperative middle leadership and clinical talent for our women’s periop service.  You will have a dynamic, collaborative and enthusiastic approach, combined with a passion for learning and supporting your team to excellence.  Applicants must be highly experienced in Anaesthetics and/or scrub specialities preferably in women’s services of Breast,  Gynaecology or Genitourinary.

With a comprehensive on boarding programme, you’ll be supported by our friendly, highly experienced multidisciplinary team, Obstetric colleagues and Regional Theatre Academy.

Initially the candidate will work in the ARI Main Theatre Suite prior to moving to the new Baird Family Hospital in late 2022.  There is real opportunity here to help the commissioning team bring this project to life and work in a brand new theatre suite.

We value applicants who hold a portfolio of Periop experience across the continuum of Scrub, Anaesthetics and Specialisms that have a proven record of leadership, development and clinical service improvement.

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
