An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Professional to undertake a significant leadership role within the Community Integrated Mental Health Services based in Stirling.

The post demands considerable operational management and professional leadership abilities in taking forward the contribution of health and social care services in a collaborative, engaging and patient focused service delivery model and will be required to work in partnership with a range of internal NHS Partners as well as with partners from the local authority, public, third and independent sectors.

A key factor to the job role is to locally influence, develop, implement and ensure a dynamic contribution to the care and support of Adults with Mental Illness is provided, reviewed and enhanced as appropriate.

The post holder will play a key role in preparing services to deliver within a further enhanced Integrated Health and Social Care Service.
