AHP Team Leads – MSK Physiotherapy/ Outpatient Care Group

Falkirk Health Centres 0.6wte, 22.5 hours – Permanent

Clackmannanshire & Stirling Health Centres 0.8-1.0wte, 30-37.5hrs- Permanent

We are seeking to appoint two innovative, enthusiastic, self motivated and experienced clinicians (physiotherapist) to work as team leaders within the AHP Outpatient Care Group.

You will fulfil a leadership role and will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the team.  You will work closely with the AHP Co-ordinators and AHP Manager to deliver safe, effective, person-centred and affordable services in line with strategic policy, care group objectives, NHS Forth Valley policies and evidence based practice.

Applicants must have experience of leading a small team, service or project and be able to evidence this at interview. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate that you possess excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills to enable you to develop and support the team.  Excellent organisational skills are essential to balance the demands of a joint clinical and managerial role.
