The post holder will ensure that an effective and efficient secretarial service is delivered to all team members of the Glasgow Psychological Trauma Service. This will include general typing and dealing with enquiries from service users and reception duties. The post holder works independently much of the time managing calls and emails. Must show knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems. This may be through formal training or work experience
