Could you be the right person to lead our Oral Health Directorate, do you have the leadership qualities to encourage, nurture and drive innovation and change, do you have the communications skills required to promote collaborative working with a variety of diverse partners from independent contractors, Higher Education Establishments, our staff and our patients.

 Then the General Manager Oral Health could be the right challenge for you.

We are looking for the right person to drive forward in a safe, efficient and effective manner the full resumption of Oral Services across NHSGGC after 2yrs of curtailed provision due to covid-19.

You will be an adaptive leader, committed to clinical excellence through continuous improvement, you will be able to demonstrate an effective record of delivering change, you will be committed to staff learning and development and be able to demonstrate this through your own CPD, you will be educated to Master level and have the appropriate management experience to succeed at this level.
