An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team as part of the creation of the Perth and Kinross Hospital at Home/Community Service. This new role presents an excellent opportunity for the post holder to influence and shape the evolution of this key service development from the outset.
The Hospital at Home service is progressing as part of a Strategic National Project and will form part of our Integrated Community and Urgent Care Service response to the people of Perth and Kinross.
The key elements of the role are included in the job description but will include carrying out specific specialist clinical tasks and interventions and responsibilities to the highest standard, taking into consideration the specific needs of the targeted population. Candidates will demonstrate competency within clinical assessment skills to Masters Level or be willing to undertake this module.
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a flexible approach to their work, and who have previous experience of working autonomously and within a team. You will need to have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills and be able to motivate service users and colleagues.
