An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Renal Specialist Team as an IT Systems Administrator to support the use of the Fife Renal Database, currently Vital Data.
We are looking someone who has excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ideally, you should hold a Microsoft-certified qualification such as systems administrator or database administrator. Degree, higher qualification or relevant experience in Information Technology is essential.
You should have excellent organisational ability, highly effective communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as part of a multi disciplinary team.
The NHS Fife Renal Service is based across the below sites:
• In patient ward 22 - Victoria Hospital
• Renal Dialysis Unit ward 22 - Victoria Hospital
• Satellite dialysis unit ward 21 - Queen Margaret Hospital
• Satellite dialysis unit - St Andrews Community Hospital
This post will require travel between the Renal Service sites.
