We are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative and clerical support to Covid Vaccine Clinics and reception area within the Victoria Integrated Care Centre, in Helensburgh.
You will be the first point of contact for patients attending for appointments. The role will involve booking appointments for Covid Vaccine administration, in addition to general reception and administrative duties. This is a full time post. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30 - 4.30pm.
Applicants must have 3 Standard Grades or equivalent one of which must be English and be in possession of a typing qualification equivalent to RSA1.
You should have excellent keyboard, audio and IT skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
Previous experience of working within an office environment is essential.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills, have a polite telephone manner and have the ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team.
