The NHS Grampian Bladder and Bowel Specialist Service is an Aberdeenshire HSCP hosted service made up of a small team of Nursing and Administrative staff based in Inverurie Hospital and Maryhill House in Elgin.

We are looking for a forward thinking, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our home delivery admin team.  The main focus of your day to day work will be customer service and along with our existing team you will become the familiar voice of our service and the person our patients get to know and trust for their product provision ordering.  It is important that you have a friendly and engaging telephone manner, the ability to manage your own workload and can work well under pressure.  You will also share the responsibility for around 10,000 sets of patient records on site.  In return you will be welcomed into our team with open arms and provided with professional development opportunities and ongoing 1:1 support.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week to cover the service between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, start and finish times can be negotiated within these core hours.  The post is office based from Inverurie but there is a requirement to provide support to the nursing team in Elgin each month so a car driver is essential.  You will have access to our pool car for these journeys.
