We have two post available 30 hours and 22.5 hours.
Your main duties will be collecting blood samples by venepuncture and you will work within designated community bases and complete domiciliary visits on a daily basis. You will be expected to work without direct supervision and exercise initiative when providing patient care, however a trained nurse will be available for advice and guidance. You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience (Phlebotomy module) and you must have phlebotomy experience and the ability to work with people and as part of team and demonstrate good communication skills. The shift pattern for this post is 5 days over 7.
