You will ensure that all clinical systems and processes are of high quality. You will work with the Team Leader and Band 6 Nursing colleagues in the ongoing development of the team and Community Rehabilitation service in line with Local and National strategies and drivers.
You will professionally supervise the care and treatment delegated to junior staff and act as a professional liaison between the community and Inpatient Rehabilitation service.
You will be expected to be a practice placement educator for Occupational Therapy students who are on placement within the service and contribute to the mentoring and development of students from other disciplines who may spend time with the service during their training.
