An exciting opportunity has arisen with the development of a new 0.5 wte Band 6 physiotherapy post to support the regional major trauma network in East Central Scotland. 

We are looking for a physiotherapist with strong leadership skills and experience of working with patients with major trauma. You will work as part of a wider inpatient rehabilitation team and lead the physiotherapy rehabilitation contribution for patients with major trauma. 

The service covers the Queen Margaret Hospital inpatient rehabilitation wards in Dunfermline and some outreach work in the West Fife and Kirkcaldy areas to establish patients’ community rehabilitation programmes is also required. Skills in orthopaedic trauma and traumatic brain injury are particularly desirable.
