An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic experienced musculoskeletal clinician to lead the Podiatry Musculoskeletal Team in Ayrshire and Arran. You must have extensive clinical musculoskeletal and leadership skills for the above post to lead the Ayrshire wide MSK Podiatry Service.

This post has a clinical, leadership and managerial remit to plan, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate the podiatry service provided to MSK out-patients.

The successful candidate will lead a team of podiatrists working across several sites in Ayrshire and Arran and will be responsible for service development and operational management.

You will provide highly specialist consultations to patients and advice to other healthcare staff/patients/carers/students and work as part of the Musculoskeletal multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, innovative individual with recent clinical experience in the management of musculoskeletal conditions and experience of leading a team. You should be able to demonstrate professional, well-established and effective communication and leadership skills to support the education, development and wellbeing of the team.

It is essential that you possess a Diploma/MSc/BSc in Podiatry and are HCPC registered.

This role will involve working across different areas so access to a car and being able to drive is essential.
