The Fife Wide Children & Young People’s Occupational Therapy service is a quality and outcomes driven service to improve the lives of children, young people and their families. The service is committed to performance management and has a comprehensive Clinical Governance programme and objectives which are reflective of local and national agenda’s.
You will manage a generic caseload of children aged between 0 years and school leaving age. A tiered level of service provision operates. You will undertake a focused role in promoting evidence based, universal and targeted occupational therapy service provision working with the lead for early intervention and prevention and other key stakeholders. To do this we are looking for highly motivated and reflective practitioner with excellent communication skills.
You will also require excellent clinical skills and experience in a range of paediatric conditions to manage a varied and complex case load.
The service is implementing digital and information systems and telehealthcare opportunities to support and improve clinical delivery and outcomes.
You will be joining our supportive and innovative service that operates a robust clinical supervision model. Reflective practice and advanced clinical reasoning is embedded within the services culture.
5/7 working week and flexible working arrangements exist to meet individual and service needs.
