We are seeking to recruit a Clinical Service Manager who will be instrumental in supporting/ensuring the delivery of safe, effective person centred care across NHS 24.
The Clinical Services Manager will manage a team of frontline staff and act as the senior nursing point of contact for our partners in a contact centre environment. The successful post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the contact centre, in addition to providing professional and clinical leadership.
A critical part of this role is the operational responsibility for the management of the virtual NHS 24 service, which will involve working predominately in the out of hours period.
You will be a registered general nurse with current NMC registration on part 1 of the register, with evidence of continued professional development to degree level or equivalent.
