​​​​​​​Car Driver with UK Driving Licence is Essential for these posts.

As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and the development of programmes of care, and / or the implementation and evaluation of these programmes ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients.

Assessment of presenting conditions, initiation of investigations, determination of differential diagnosis, initiate treatment, prescribing and where appropriate discharge patients.

 In the absence of the Team Leader/ Senior Charge Nurse workload will be assigned by the post holder, who will have responsibility for managing defined workload within professional guidelines and competency framework.


Registered Nurse with current revalidation and NMC Registration.

Educated to/operating at Degree Level.

Post graduate expertise within speciality / area of practice that demonstrates the required breadth of knowledge required to lead safety, effectively and efficiently.  ​​​​​​​
