Personal Assistant to Hospital Manager
Band 4 £30,353 - £33,016 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum
37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arises for an individual to play a key role in supporting the hospital operations and support services throughout the Western Isles. Based at the Western Isles Hospital in Stornoway, the successful applicant will provide comprehensive Personal Assistant (PA), secretarial and administrative support to the Associate Director of Clinical Support Services/Deputy Chief Operating Officer ensuring the smooth operations of the department.
This individual will support various committees and projects within the remit of the Associate Director of Clinical Support Services and Deputy Chief Operating Officer and will require strong organization, communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, there will be an expectation of strict confidentiality as this post will have access to sensitive information.
