NHS Lothian Senior Practice Education Facilitator (PEF)
An exciting opportunity to develop, lead and quality assure nursing and midwifery pre and post-registration workplace learning within Lothian Health Board area.
Within this role you will lead and facilitate the development of the workplace as a sustainable quality learning environment for all nursing and midwifery professional staff working across all care settings within Lothian Health Board area.
You will have responsibility for designing and delivering training and development programmes whilst enhancing the quality of learning opportunities available to the nursing and midwifery workforce.
You will also develop local opportunities with Lothian partners for inter professional learning within the Health Board area and make a significant contribution supporting the identified education needs of the nursing and midwifery workforce within the workplace.
A priority for this role will be increasing the capacity across Lothian Health Board area, and other sectors, to provide learning opportunities for pre and post-registration nursing and midwifery students.
