An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clyde Stroke OT service for an experienced OT who is looking for the opportunity to help lead the Occupational Therapy Service in the stroke unit in Inverclyde Royal Hospital.
The post holder will provide direct clinical care with a highly complex caseload incorporating patient assessment, treatment and discharge from care, within the in-patient Stroke service.
Complex discharge planning skills are a key requirement to enable timely and safe discharges from the ward.
The role will include evaluation, audit projects, staff / student supervision / induction and providing expert advice on OT interventions.
It is essential that you have a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and that you are currently registered with the HCPC.

The shift pattern for this post is 3 x 7 hour days
