The employee MUST already have had agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to enhance their knowledge & skills .
This is a fixed term /secondment vacancy for a Band 5 - part time - 26 hours - based in Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters.
The successful candidate would be expected to provide expert advice and information to all levels of management within divisions in respect of financial matters thus enabling them to achieve economic and efficient use of resources.
Will be required to deal with competing demands and tight deadlines .
Qualifications
Educated to degree or equivalent practical experience across a range of procedures, in the provision of a modern financial management system within a large organisation.
Skills:
Excellent IT skills.
Practical experience in the utilisation of modern financial software is essential.
Experience of budgeting, budgetary control, accounting procedures and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial managers.
Good interpersonal & communication skills ..
