The Learning & Organisational Development team are responsible for delivering interventions which support our journey as an organisation and includes leadership development, learning & development, digital learning, bespoke team development, coaching and change projects.

A truly exciting opportunity to join our Learning & OD team based in Law House, shift pattern 30 hours a week  Mon-Fri 9am-5pm flexible. 

A full UK driving license holder is required for this position to meet service needs.

The successful candidate will work with colleagues across our corporate, acute, primary care service, Health and Social care partnerships and with colleagues at both a national and regional level.

We are looking for an OD Advisor with an enthusiasm and passion for all areas of the Learning & OD agenda, with relevant experience and transferrable skills. The successful applicant will be involved in all areas of Learning & Organisational Development with a focus on Leadership Development.

If you are educated to degree level in a relevant subject or have equivalent experience in the Learning and Organisational Development field, with excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills, are passionate about getting the best out of people and you are interested in looking at new and innovative ways to support learning, we would love to hear from you.
