We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed individual to fill the post of Site facilities Manager based on the Glasgow Royal Infirmary campus. As a senior Facilities manager you will provide professional management and leadership of Facilities services and effective hospital site management on a day-to-day operational basis. This will involve responsibility for the delivery of a range of Soft Facilities Services, ( Domestic, Catering Portering, Cashiers, Helpdesk) ensuring that the service are responsive and aligned to support the clinical activity, an ability to deliver high quality services , whilst effectively managing significant budgets, ensuring these are maintained at all times within agreed financial boundaries. The post requires a dynamic, forward thinking individual who possesses excellent business management and communication skills, is highly conversant with all IT applications and standard software, has an ability to interpret a range of IT related systems. In addition you must demonstrate an ability to lead teams of staff effectively and to consistently produce high quality standards of work, be highly adaptable and have an ability to prioritise workloads within a pressurised environment. You should be educated to degree level, or substantial experience in a senior management role.
