Are you looking for a new challenge or considering a change of scenery? NHS Tayside is seeking Advanced Neonatal Practitioners to join their team. If you are not an Advanced Neonatal Practitioner already and are considering this career progression we may be able to support you.


The neonatal unit is a Level 3 unit that supports 4000 deliveries from Tayside and North Fife. The unit has 21 cots, nine of which are intensive care/high dependency and 12 special care. There is a 4 bed transitional care facility.


Applications are invited from experienced and skilled Advanced Neonatal Practitioners to work on our first on and middle tier rotas. You will become one of eight advanced practitioners within the service. You will be supported to work within all the pillars of advanced practice to further develop your skills. Opportunities are available to advance to Senior Advanced Neonatal Practitioner (8B) for those currently working at first on level. We offer a comprehensive induction programme and support of a Consultant and Senior ANP mentor


Not an ANP already and want to further your career?  Come and join us as a Trainee ANP and be supported through your advanced practice training to be able to undertake the role of first on ANP on completion
