Diagnostics Sector

The sector has a combined annual revenue budget of over £220million and over 2,900 staff.

Within GGC the sector provides a wide range of diagnostic services at hospitals throughout the health board area. These include X-ray exams, Fluoroscopy exams, CT scans, MRI scans, Ultrasound scans and Interventional procedures.

Do you fit the requirements?

We are looking for someone who is committed to working in a demanding but enjoyable role in the NHS with a varied portfolio of services that are managed within the Directorate.

Capable of working with finance, clinical & non clinical staff at all levels the ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to use your own initiative with excellent communication, organisational, IT and finance/ business skills.

Working closely with the Senior Management Accountant you will be assisting with the provision of a professional financial management service to directorate stakeholders.

Ideally degree / HND qualified in accountancy (or with equivalent work experience) you will be computer literate with excellent communication skills, be able to use initiative and deliver to strict timelines.
