We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with an ability to consistently communicate with compassion, warmth and professionalism. You'll need a calm, confident and approachable manner, astute observational, listening and reflective skills.

The aim of the Community Support Worker Service is to make sure that people affected by cancer can access the right help at the right time for the individual.  The Community Support Worker will help to promote self-management and address people’s holistic needs during and after cancer treatment across Sutherland, Wester Ross, Skye & Lochalsh. 

Whilst the post is for Sutherland, Wester Ross, Skye and Lochalsh the role can be covered from anywhere in Highland so there is no need for the candidate to live in one of those areas, although it would be beneficial.
