This post is fixed term for 12 months.
The Band 3 Clinical Support worker is a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing care for patients in the community.
The key aspects of this role are:
To provide care for individuals who have a mental illness and or a learning disability and/or present a serious risk to themselves or others.
To report observed changes in the clients physical/psychological needs.
To maintain accurate and up to date records to ensure effective communication.
To provide high quality patient care by carrying out a range of delegated clinical duties, directed by a registered nurse.
You should have previous experience in a caring environment/role preferably in a health care setting particularly mental health. A current driving licence is required for this post.
The shift pattern is worked; Mon –Fri 22.5hrs per week (3 days) Shift Pattern (Mon –Fri 9-5pm)
