Please note this is a fixed-term post until March 2026.

We are inviting applicants to join our experienced team of Diabetes specialist staff based in University Hospitals Hairmyres and Wishaw and covering the surrounding community areas.  

The successful candidate will be working with a well-established and highly skilled team of people who are keen to provide an innovative and self-caring approach to diabetes care for their patients and will also be part of a wider pan-Lanarkshire multi-disciplinary Diabetes service.

The post-holder will provide out-patient care and there will be in-house training and education provided to support them to develop their skills

The post-holder will have the opportunity to be involved in the ongoing advancement of the Diabetes Specialist Dietetic service within Lanarkshire, including the development of an innovative specialist weight management service and new structured, group education programmes
