For a period of 12 weeks a development opportunity has arisen for a full time post / job share or part time post(s) as Interim Clinical Nurse Manager / Clinical Operational Manager to provide operational management leadership to Community and Hospital Nursing (District Nursing, CTAC, ANPs and East Ayrshire Community Hospital (EACH), Elderly Community Mental Health Team) during an exciting period of reform as we develop locality MDTs, further develop the EACH Model of Care and progress implementation of the Community Nursing Review and the EMH Review.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Localities Health & Care - Southern Locality and will have delegated responsibility for day-to-day delivery of safe standards of nursing care, recruitment & retention, budget management, delivery of operational guidelines, continuous improvement, performance and variance management, development and implementation of standard operational procedures and best practice approaches. Working closely with the senior professional nurses and Nurse Consultant and other operational and clinical leaders the post holder will support the delivery of professional standards and developments within these services.
