We are looking for an experienced  Practitioner to provide aa Autism diagnostic service to adults in Argyll and Bute.

You must be a registered nurse or Allied Health Professional  with Professional knowledge, skill and generic clinical expertise attained through experience in relevant post.  you should also have a  Specialist Practitioner Qualification, trained in Disco assessment and  ADOS-2 qualification.

As the sole ASD Practitioner for Argyll and Bute the purpose will be to undertake specialist clinical and diagnostic assessments for adults who have been referred for an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) diagnosis, provide onward referral where appropriate and assist in developing MDT care plans to ensure appropriate care for adults with a diagnosis of ASD in the Argyll and Bute area.

You will take a leading role in conjunction with health and social care colleagues in the promotion of best practice in ASD as well as providing advice, awareness and training.  There will be opportunities to network with other practitioners across Scotland.

Supervision will be provided by Professional Lead
