An opportunity has arisen within the Asylum Health Bridging Team to work as a senior physical health nurse supporting and meeting the needs of the population within the service. This post requires you to work as part of a Health & Social Care Partnership model and as a practitioner promote, provide and co-ordinate care in a variety of locations. The Asylum Health Bridging Team nursing service operates an open access policy delivering care to individuals and families within homeless and asylum accommodation at their initial stage of the asylum process. The Senior Nurse /Charge Nurse will provide reciprocal cover and support for the wider nursing teams in the absence of the designated team leader in order to provide clinical leadership and ensure the continuation of service delivery.
You will be a registered Adult Nurse with an interest in complex needs, homelessness and Asylum; previous experience within this field would be advantageous but not essential.
