This post is at the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow which is part of Women and Children’s Directorate, Acute Services Division. 

We require a highly motivated person with a background in exercise and physical activity to join our Physiotherapy Service. Experience of working with children is also required. You will work within the Neurology and Orthopaedic Teams to develop and deliver exercise sessions as part of a rehabilitation programme for children and young people with a wide range of conditions. You will require enthusiasm and imagination in order to maximise the potential of sessions. You will be a team player with an ability to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills when working with children, young people and their families. 

This post requires a close working relationship with the wider multidisciplinary teams. The Acute Services Division is committed to offering all staff the opportunity to develop clinical skills and also offers appraisal, supervision and opportunities for Continuing Professional Development.

This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland check.
