An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Assistant within Neurological Care Services to support with the delivery of integrated care mechanisms and new patient pathways in line with the key Neurological Care Framework Commitments.
The post holder will support numerous projects concurrently over a one year basis by offering administrative support, collecting and analysing data and producing necessary project support materials. Projects will collectively aim to improve patient pathways and experiences within Neurological and Neuro-rehabilitation care provision.
The post holder will be a member of an innovative multidisciplinary team and will be expected to develop strong working relationships with a number of key stakeholders including; patients and families, clinicians, nurse specialists, primary care networks and third sector organisations.
The post holder will be expected to report back on progress to the senior management team on a regular basis.
The post is offered on a fixed term, 12 month basis and will be based in Glasgow, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Campus with the potential for some home working. Projects will span West of Scotland Health board areas in capacity as a regional service provider.
