Post: clinical fellow in rehabilitation medicine

An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Clinical Fellow within Rehabilitation Medicine for the Neurorehabilitation Units (NRU) at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH) and Larkfield Unit at Inverclyde Royal Hospital (IRH).
This post gives experience in working as part of a consultant-led multidisciplinary inpatient rehabilitation team in the of at QEUH, providing a service for typically younger adults with complex disability as a result of neurological impairments. NRU also supports the rehabilitation needs of patients from the West of Scotland Major Trauma Centre. Duties include day-to-day cover of the 18-bedded unit at Glasgow NRU, with occasional cover of the 4-bedded unit at Invercylde NRU.
Training opportunities will also be made available to the successful candidate. However, this post has not been approved for training purposes by NHS Education for Scotland.
