This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
This post is part of a general practice staff pool. Based at Wester Hailes Medical Practice, the post holder will be required to work at other medical practices in Edinburgh to cover staff shortages. To provide a high quality professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others. To act as the first point of contact for patients contacting their Practice and to portray the Practice in the highest possible professional basis. This post is for 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
